Say “Hello” to sleep with the “75
Breaths” relaxation technique! I did. :) Over the weekend we
were given many tools to help nurture a body (ours included) , and
one of them was handed down to my teacher, who then passed it on to
us, and now, I will share it with you. I will credit it to Mary
Bruce, my instructor, and Spirit of Yoga who hosted the class.
I have not been able to make it all the
way through without nodding off. Enjoy!
